weight loss start

Ok so i woke up late today a bad start!!!!!! i had a cup of coffee and some eggs for breakfast so for now im good, for lunch im having a tuna sandwich with veggies instead of chips and a BIG glass of water instead of the Big glass of soda.... Its the little changes that count when your trying to lose weight so im trying to make those count... I am going to be doing exercise programs on exercise tv trust me they kick your butt good, i have done them before!!!!!! well off to do chores....... bye
